  1. It bothers me when I see Che’s picture on a shirt, made by a big capitalist corporation. They even have postmodern Che.

    The Che that matters to me, is revolutionary and internationalist.

  3. Brilliant post. I haven’t visited your blog in a while.
    I’m not voting in this upcoming US election for exactly the same reasons stated in the video: none of them represent the community and are minions of corporate America: the white guy, the woman, and the black guy. The thing is, the system enslaves people, their energy (time and money) so that they are crippled and have no power left to fight back. This is a sad reality.

    Ren: I know that the Che t-shirt is the ultimate irony, but it’s worth it for every young person who asks “Who’s that?” when faced with Che’s image. This is how it started with me and with so many more.

    Thanks for stopping by. You made a great point and I completely agree. But the system is vulnerable and it’s failing right before our eyes. Another great thing about the age we live in is that we can now communicate with one another, regardless of where we are located. This has never happened before in the known history of humanity and neither have we had so much resistance to the existing social order. What we lack is unification and a common goal that will unite us against the dominant class, as we are divided but not yet conquered. If we stood together, from the U.S. to Iran, from Cuba to China, from the length and breadth of the world to its furtherest reaches, then the earth would shake their ivory towers and bring them crashing down at our feet.

    Our day will come, or we’ll be a footnote in the evolutionary development of planet Earth. It’s either revolution, or extinction.
