Yet again, past the blinkered censors of the international community, Israel has launched a series of air strikes on Gaza. The death toll since only Wednesday is estimated at 39 with over 17 killed on Friday. This includes 2 women praying at a mosque and a 4 year old boy who died from gunshot wounds. These figures come from BBC News and so are probably deflated and much higher in reality.

The Israeli military claim that the “operations” are to prevent further rocket attacks. Of course they are. Here’s a little girl who had just that in mind:
